Performance

Bergo operates on different types of shapes and forms, even with very thin profiles, both in stainless steel as well as carbon steel; and performs various types of works: shear cutting, numerical control bending, stamping shearing and pressing, paced single shots, stamping, CO₂ and fiber laser cutting with a profile free of burrs and oxidations, and manufacturing of combined stamping-laser and combined stamping-shears.

The machine fleet consists of innovative eccentric mechanical presses, which are able to adapt to any type of cold pressing with extreme flexibility. The presses have unwinders that are up to 300mm in the width of the coil and operate with a force of 400 tons on the working surface, which can reach 2500x2000mm.

The company will take responsibility for all the different phases of the production process: from the project design, carried out by the Engineering sector of Bergo, where advanced CAM-CAD systems are used, capable of responding with maximum flexibility to the different requests of clients, to the different cycles of production, such as CO₂ fiber laser cutting (already available in the company since the late 1980s), stamping, bending, brushing.

Bergo has become a leading company in the sector, its strong point is the ability to place itself at the service of the client with a valuable contribution of consultations, quotations, feasibility verifications, timing and/or the formulations of more convenient alternative proposals.
